My name is Berea, which means heavy, noble minded, truth seeking, and a place of many waters.

I have found that my name itself is a synchronicity, as I have very much grown into each of these descriptions.

I am a seeker, a lover of symbolism and depth psychology, and a believer that grief and trials, while heavy, ultimately make our lives fuller and richer.

This blog is a journey through my reflections, musings, art, and poetry. I explore mysticism, dream work, nature, alchemy, trauma, and how they all weave together. My offerings and insights are based on my own experiences as someone individuating and healing from much trauma myself.
